A parallelogram has 2 pairs of equal sides.

Let breadth be ‘b’ and height be ‘h’

Ratio is 3:4

∴let ‘b’ be 3x and ‘h’ be 4x

Perimeter= 2(b+h)

                =2(3x+4x)

                =2(7x)

                =14x

∴42 cm= 14x

( take 14 to the other side,so multiplication becomes division)

42/14 cm= x

∴x=3 cm

So, b = 3x = 3*3 = 9 cm

     h = 4x = 4*3 = 12 cm

Sincerely hope this helps you
