Here's the answer:-
The sum of the sides = 4+7=11 cm
So, if the third side is greater than 11cm, the triangle is not possible.
Also, if the third side is less than 4 cm, it is not possible . (Let's say that it is 3 cm, then 3+4=7, and their sum is not greater than one of the sides , and hence not possible)
So, range of the perimeter= x such that 3<x<12.
