Let the sides of the triangle be a, b and c where a = 88, b = 144

Perimeter = a + b + c
320 = 88 + 144 + c
c = 88
Semi perimeter(s) = sum of all sides / 2
= 320/2
= 160

Area of a triangle by Heron's formula
= √s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)
= √160(160-88)(160-144)(160-88)
= √160(72)(16)(72)
= √160*72*16*72
= 72*4 √16*10
= 288*4 √10
= 1152 √10
= 1152*3.162 (√10 ~ 3.162)
= 3642.62 m^2
