Two sides of parallelogram are 20cm and 25 cm. if the height corresponding to the sides of length 25 cm is 10 cm ,find the height corresponding to the other pair of sides?​

We are given, that two sides of a parallelogram are 20 cm and 25 cm 

Now,

Area of parallelogram = height (or Altitude) × base

here, Base QR is having altitude PT & Base SR is having altitude QU.

So, QR×PT=SR×QU

25×10=20×QU

Now, QU=x so,

x=2025×10=12.5cm

So, the altitude corresponding to the other pair of sides is 12.5cm
