Perimeter of triangle is 2s=22 cm
⟹a+b+c=22
⟹b+c=22−9
⟹b+c=13⋯(1)
Difference between the two sides is 3 cm
⟹b−c=3⋯(2)
(1)+(2)⟹b+c+b−c=13+3⟹2b=16⟹b=8
Substituting b=8 in (1)
⟹8+c=13⟹c=5
As we know that
Area of triangle with sides a,b,c is
s(s−a)(s−b)(s−c)
