p= 4T{1/a-1/b)=4T/c

hence this will be the excess pressure

this is the difference between pressure inside two bubbles earlier

The radius c= underroot of a^2+b^2. We know that p=4T/R( 4T as it's a soap bubble). The ans will be T=p* underroot of a^2+b^2 / 4
