Two solutions have ph equal to 8 and 11 respectively.which one is more acidic And why

the solution which has the ph value of 11 is more acidic because according to ph rule solution which are less than ph 7 are more base and solution more than 7 are more acidic. Therefore solution which has the ph value of 11 is more acidic than ph 8.
