● Explanation -

Terminal velocity of a sphere is given by -

v = 2r²(d-do)g / 9η

So v ∝ r²

For two spheres,

v1/v2 = (R1/R2)²

v1/v2 = (R/2R)²

v1/v2 = (1/2)²

v1/v2 = 1/4

Hence, liquid.The ratio of terminal velocities of spheres is 1:4.
