same metal means density is equal both sphere .
now,
density=mass/volume
let first sphere radius=r and second=R
now,
density for first sphere=1kg/(4/3πr^3)
density of 2nd sphere =7kg/(4/3πR^3)
because density equal for both spheres
so,
1/(4/3πr^3)=7/(4/3πR^3)
R^3/r^3=7/1
take cube root both side
R/r=(7)^1/3
