Two stones A and B are thrown from the top of the tower.The stone A is thrown vertically upward while the stone B is thrown vertically downward with the same speed . Which of the following statement is true?

both A and B strikes the ground with same velocity because acceleration due to gravitation remains constant i.e. same in both the cases.
