Explanation: Approach a set number of top business in your area and ask if they would be willing to take on students that are willing to do a shadow course with a few of there employees to get an insight of the busness world obviously the shadow course wont give salaries so its pro-bono .
then for a week or 2 the students that part take in this get excused from school to go and shadow the person . Students not taking part must attend school to carry on with normal classes. Studends taking part will get a certificate of attendence as well it gives better motivation on a ressume
I know here in SA that a high school in the free state did that and it was effective to the students
