Solution :-

 =  >  \frac{2}{3} x =  \frac{1}{3} x + 3

 =  >  \frac{1}{3} x =  \frac{2x}{3}  =  - 3

 =  >  \frac{x}{3}   -  \frac{2x}{3}  =  - 3

 =  >  \frac{x - 2x}{3}  =  - 3

 =  > x - 2x = 3 \times ( - 3)

 =  > x = 9
