Two trains leave two different stations 300 km apart. The first starts exactly at noon and 2nd starts at 1215 hours. They approach each other on parallel tracks and cross at 1500 hours. Each train travels at a constant speed, the one leaving at 1215 hours moves 15 km/h faster than the other. What are their speeds?
