Let mass of P be m1
and
Mass of Q be m2
Also

Let time taken by Q be t
thus

Time taken by p = 2t
Similarly
Let distance travelled by Q be x

Thus
distance traveled by P = x/3

velocities

VP = x/3/ 2t = x/ 6t
VQ = x/t
Thus

Ratio of velocities = 1:6
