the first value is which we learn from gaston that is to take advantage of the situation as he pretends to be the husband of MRS Juliet when Mrs Al Smith arrives and he sells the Villa without being the owner
the second value is which we learn from Mrs Al Smith that is we should not underestimate anybody and we should not take decisions in hurry.... we see that Mrs Al Smith got fooled by Gaston and in a hurry she bought the Villa at a very high price

the first value is the cleverness of Gaston who manages to sell the property that he doesn't own and makes a hundred thousand Frances.the cleverness and the business minded of Gaston gave him good profit.
The second value is Mrs Al Smith who says about the French people and the way taking decision. here it tells that Mrs Smith is also a person who knows well about the things, but she is fooled by Gaston.
