quantity of 2 vessels =5 *1/6

quantity of one vessel =3*1/4( consider as 1 vessel)

quantity of another vessel =? (consider as 2 vessel)

quantity of 2rst vessel = total quantity - quantity of 1rst vessel

= 5*1/6- 3* 1/4

= improper fraction of of 5*1/6=31/6

= improper fraction of 3*1/4=13/4

31/6-13/4

=lcm of 6 and 4=12

31/6=62/12

13/4=39/12

62/12-39/12=23/12

hence the quantity of 2nd vessel is 23/12
