suppose tap having small diameter takes 't' hrs to fill the tank.
so, time for larger diameter= t-10 hrs
Now for smaller diameter,
it takes t hrs to fill 1 tank.
so in 75/3(ie 25 hr) = 25/t tank

similarly for larger diameter= 25/(t-10) tank
so, we can write,

 \frac{25}{t}  - \frac{25}{t - 10}  = 1
t= 12.07
so one tap will fill the tank in 12.07hrs and another in 2.07 hrs
