Two wheels connected via belt, if we rotate one wheel how to calculate velocity of second wheel

Let us say the radii of the wheels are R1 and R2.

Let us say the velocity of the belt = v.  It is same whether it is moving on the first wheel or second wheel.

Let the angular velocities of wheels : ω1 and ω2.

We have the rule  v = R1 ω1 = R2 ω2.

     ω2 / ω1 = R1 / R2
