copper wire is longer than manganin because manganin have high resistance than a copper metal so to become equal resistance copper wire's length should be long because
R is directly proportional to length

Answer:
The magnet wire is longer than copper wire.
Explanation:
If 2 wires of an equal cross-sectional area have the same resistance,
R1= ρ1×L1/A1
R2= ρ2×L2/A2
Since, A1=A2 and R1=R2,
ρ1×L1 = ρ2×L2
Now, if ρ1 > ρ2, L1 < L2 and vice versa.
R=ρlA =>A∞ρ
if l and R are constant
But ρ is greater for manganin than copper, therefore manganin wire is longer than copper wire.
