Q - A rope of length 10m has been divided into 8 pieces of the same length what is the length of the each piece?

Solution→

Length of the Rope = 10m

Length of each piece = 8m

So, we will use unitary method here , Therefore, Length of One piece =

Length of rope/Number of pieces

= 10/8

= 5/4

= 1.25m

Answer→ Length of each piece is 1.25metres.
