R=1/A
As, the resistance of the thinner wire is 10 ohm, the resistance ce of the thicker wire will be 10/3=3.33ohm
now they are connected in series so their resistance combination,
R= R1 + R2 = 10 + 3.33= 13.33 ohm(ans)
