Strain will be same.

◆ Explaination-
# Given-
Y1 = Y2 = Y
r1 = r2 = r
F1 = F2 = F
l1/l2 = 1/2

# Solution-
For a elastic material,
Y = stress/strain
strain = stress/Y
strain = F / YA

Here, Y, F and A are same for both wires, strain will also be same for both wires.
