two wires one of copper and other nichrome is connected in series and with a battery of 20 V.which wire will have more current? and which wire will get more heated?​

Hi Prachis, as we know that according to ohms law current=potential diff./resistance and we also know aluminium has less resistance than nichrome.current will be more in aluminium.

Heat =current ×current ×resistance ×time .

U can calculate heat by putting values of resistance and current.

anilpathak1977: Take copper instead of aluminium and copper is even good conductor than alumimium. So less resistance of copper than nichrome
