Let your present age  be = "x"
and your daughter's present age be = "y"

2 years ago:
x-2 = 3[(y-2)^2]
x-2 =  3[ (y^2)-4y+4]
x = 3(y^2) - 12y + 14 .......................(1)

3 years later:
x+3 = 4(y+3)
x+3 = 4y + 12
x = 4y + 9 .....................(2)

Equating (1) and (2)
4y+ 9 = 3(y^2) - 12y + 14
3(y^2) - 16y +5 = 0
3(y^2) - 15y - 1y + 5 = 0
3y(y-5) - 1(y-5)=0
(3y-1)(y-5)=0

y=1/3    or     y=5
1/3 is not possible
Daughter's present age = 5 years

x=4y+9
x=4(5)+9
x=20+9
x=29

Your present age is 29 years

Thanku

bhupeshdewangan000: what is the mean of ^^^
shambhavirai: ^ means raised to the power of i.e., symbol of exponential
shambhavirai: for eg. 10^2 means square of 10 i.e. 10*10 = 100
