The requirement that satisfies the needs of a customer can be simply defined as they need everything in an affordable prize or may be within their budget.

Here I have compiled some strong and common needs of every consumer.

Functionality: a customer needs a product that must have to solve their problem in the way they needed.

Convenience: A product must have to fulfill the convenience of the customer.

Prize: every customer has their own budget. Hence a product must have to fit within it.

Experience: If you need to keep a customer your product must have to give them an ultimate experience.

Reliability and design: Time has changed then why not the design of the product. Nowadays, every customer has a big desire over slick designs with reliable functions.

Performance and efficiency: As I said before they want a better performing product for every single penny they spent on it.

Transparency: this might be the big deal a customer always wanted from the seller. They want a complete transparency about the product that they want to spend on.
