Solution:

98% accurate if a person is infected

97  % accurate for people not infected

if person is infected then True Positive =  98%

if person is infected then false negative = 2 %

if person is not infected then True negative = 97%

if person is not infected  then false positive = 3 %

2 % of results will be false negatives,

3 %  of results will be false positives
