There are two types of notices
1. Formal notices
In which you need to right for residents of your colony or for classes of your school
2. Informal notices
Which you often write for known people
Format is same I. E.
CATCHY HEADING
Name of the event
Date
Time
Venue
Content
( all within a box)
Emails are of two types
1. Formal
Which again you wrote to those people whom you don't know personally
2. Informal
Which you write to your friends or relatives
Format of formal email is
To
Cc
Subject
Salutation
Content
Sunscription
Full name
Designation
While in informal you don't need to write your full name or designation
ALL again in a block
