these are proteins with spiral secondary polypeptide chain wound form fibre they are insoluble non enzymatic and structural proteins .
example:
collagen and elastin of connective tissue, keratin of hair , fibrin of silk, fibrin etcccc

\mathbb{2) GLOBULAR PROTEINS : }
these are single soluble proteins which are non contractile showing treasury or quaternary structure these forms enzymatic or non enzymatic proteins .
example: egg albumin serum albumin and glutinous ( eg: wheat and maize )
