Types of rights: negative rights and positive rights - the impact of including them in the constitution

Basically there are two types of rights ,i.e

Negative rights - Right which are only used for self satisfaction or self interest are know to be negative rights .It includes rights such as political, civil rights. These rights can also be used for action against another person.eg. right to live, right to be free, etc.

And

Positive rights - Rights which are only used for welfare of society or betterment of society are known to be Positive rights. It sometimes leads to kind of conflicts.
