Sub: Art of living workshop for students.
Sir
I write to you in deep peace and emotional felicity to share with you a unique experience which transformed my very outlook on life. Last week I got an opportunity to attend 'Art of Living Workshop' organized exclusively for students by our locality's yoga club.
The Art of Living teacher made the students do a unique and profound breathing technique, known as Sudarshan Kriya that restored body, mind and spirit into its natural rhythm of being. The teacher enlightened us about the benefits of the Kriya. The technique eliminates stress, fatigue and negative emotions such as anger, frustration and depression, leaving the mind calm, focused and the body energized, completely relaxed.
The calm, peace, and serenity that I felt, is still lingering on with me. I feel more positive, energized and optimistic. My interest in studies has increased. Through the columns of your esteemed daily, I appeal to all the students, parents, and educationists to incorporate this technique in the school curriculum. All the students must avail the benefits it offers. I hope you will give space to my views in your reputed daily.
Yours truly,
Smitha
