Since, we know that the equation of calcium carbonate when heated is given as:- CaCO3 -> CaO + CO2. Where the weights are 100 56 and 44 grams respectively. Thus, 100 gram of calcium carbonate gives 56 gram of calcium oxide so 1 gram will give 56/100 gram of calcium oxide. Hence, 19.3 gram of calcium carbonate will yield 56/100*19.3 = 10.8 gram of calcium oxide.
