(2) If the organisation of a cell is destroyed due to some physical or chemical influence then cell will not be able to perform the basic functions like respiration, nutrition, excretion etc. This may stop all the life activities and may result in its death.

(3)when cell gets damaged, lysosome may burst and the enzymes digest their own cell. Therefore lysosomes are known as the Suicidal bags of a cell or we can say that they posses different kind of hydrolases on release of these enzymes that cause death of cell.

(4) Proteins are produced in RER (Rough Endoplasmic Reticulum). Proteins are produced in the RER by the ribosomes attached to it. Ribosomes are produced in cytoplasm and mitochondria's chloroplast.
