The transactions for the year 2010-11 were : Received from subscription ₹ 5,000, Received from
antertainments and lectures ₹ 2,000, Received from interest on securities ₹ 950, Entrance fees
received ₹ 1,000, Sale proceeds of old chairs ₹ 150.
Paid for rent* 1,200; for printing * 300; for advertising * 400; for petty disbursements * 100; and
for purchase of Government securities * 5,000.
Paid for outstanding creditors ₹ 850; for furniture ₹ 800; for library books ₹ 600; for cost of
entertainment fees ₹ 1,500.
On 31st March, 2011 there were also outstanding on account of interest on securities ₹ 300 and
subscription ₹ 650; on the same date liabilities were outstanding for printing₹ 150; and for rent₹200.​
