Subject: Complaint on improper delivery of supply order.

Sir,

With reference to my supply order for medicines and medical equipments, I am disappointed with the improper packaging which has caused damages during transportation. Furthermore, there are some errors in the list of medicines I ordered. They are not exactly the same as the invoice.

I have placed the order according to the requirements of my customers and patients who are hospitalised due to serious diseases. The error in the supply has caused much anxiety to the patients who are already facing much suffering.

Therefore, I firmly suggest your company to show more diligence and be more careful in future to prevent inconvenience to the people suffering from various health problems.
