free rimbosomes are the ribosomes which are not attached to rough endoplasmic reticulum .they can move freely in the cytoplas except to nucleus and organalles.
they are invoved in the synthesis of proteins which are used by the cell itself and are not transported out of the cell.e.g. hemoglobin in red blood cell is synthesize by thwm .and muscle protein like actin is also being produce by thwm.
