Answer:

 \sqrt{3} ( \sqrt{2}  +  \sqrt{12} )

 =  \sqrt{3} ( \sqrt{2}  + 2 \sqrt{3} )

 =  \sqrt{6}  + 6

 = 6 +  \sqrt{6}
