Answer:

It is not beneficial at all. Population growth increases density and, together with rural-urban migration, creates higher urban agglomeration. And this is critical for achieving sustained growth because large urban centers allow for innovation and increase economies of scale. Companies can produce goods in larger numbers and more cheaply, serving a larger number of low-income customers. Kenya has companies which have been benefitting from increasing population growth and density in targeting the large numbers of lower and lower-middle income groups – the “bottom of the pyramid”. Their business model is viable because they can serve a multi-million customer base, which has increased by 25% over the last 10 years and which continues to grow rapidly.

Answer:

Explanation:

Rapid population growth can be beneficial to society if it is accompanied by technological innovation and advancement. Many ideas will accumulate as the population grows, and there may be more workers or laborers in the society, which will help improve economies of scale. Although there are many negative outcomes, there are instances when rapid population growth can be advantageous to society. After all, we can't deny that the population has continued to expand due to medicines that have allowed for a significant reduction in mortality.
