if u draw free body diagram, u will come to know that the body has acc of (gsinx) down the incline..

if acc is 4.9, then

m(9.8)sinx = m (4.9)

=> sinx = 0.5

=> x = 30 degrees..

hence the inclination of plane should be 30degrees for acc of 4.9 m /sec^2..
