Under what condition can a body travel a certain distance and yet it's resultant displace be zero.

Yes, if a body started moving from a point and after covering some distance,he comes to the starting point, in that case the resultant displace will be zero but he has traveled some distance.
For example, in circular motion, covering one complete rotation in that path, on reaching the starting point, resultant displace is zero.
