The branch of zoology which deals with animal behaviour is called ethology.

Eg: our pets show emotions like happiness,threat,fear,anger,sadness...etc. if we understand our pets they start loving us unknowingly. Even we start loving them, showing affection towards them, take care of them unknowingly. A relationship develops with our pets .this creates a positive attitude towards animals.

Answer:

Understanding the animal behavior will create positive attitude towards them because they do have emotions as like that of human beings.

They get hurt, feel pain and they are very loyal to human beings. They can give off their life to save their owner's life.

They do get happy and sad, they play with small kids, act smartly in stress conditions.

Example: A boy has a dog which plays with him, protects him from thieves, shows emotions like happiness, sadness and many more emotions.
