Acceleration is change in velocity per unit time.
I mean, a = (v - u)/t
Here, a is the acceleration,
v is final velocity ,
u is intial velocity,
and t is the time taken.
∴ unit of acceleration = unit of velocity/unit of time,
[ Note :- unit of velocity = unit of change in velocity = m/s]
unit of acceleration = m/s/s = m/s²
Hence, unit of acceleration = m/s²
So, option (b) is correct
