Adjective :- The words that describes a noun or a pronoun. How the noun looks, etc.

Adverb :- The words that describe a verb. How it is done etc

So, according to the definition, to find the adjectives in a sentence, identify the noun and think which words describe it.

Example :- I have four mangoes.

→ Here, noun is mango and the word 'four' tell us something more about the mangoes. Hence, four is an adjective.

→ Ramesh looks beautiful.

» Here, the word beautiful describes Ramesh hence, beautiful is adjective.

NOTE :- Ask, how, how many, how often etc with the noun to get the adjective.

Now, since adverb describes a verb, identify which words in a sentence will tell us more about the verb

Example :- I walked slowly.

→ Here, verb is walked and the word 'slowly' describes the way I walked. Hence, slowly is adverb here.

→ Most of the adverbs have 'ly' as suffix

→ Ask how, how often, when, where with the verb to get adverb.
