Methods of waste managements in hotels.
Dustbins should be provided on every floor. When the waste Is collected, then waste has to be dumped properly somewhere.
We know that this waste includes plastic as well as food items.
So we have two broad categories, viz. biodegradable And non biodegradable items.
These items should be separated. This can only be done by using two different dustbins for both type of items respectively.
Moreover, food being prepared in the hotel kitchen will include a lot of waste material. So, all these things have to be separated earlier and the biodegradable waste should be dumped in a nearby waste collecting site and the non biodegradable waste should be sent for recycling.
