Urgent question

Pre -RMO olympiad conducted by HBCSE which is for class 8th to 10th Exam Date :- 19/08/18

My question is what is the syllabus of Pre-RMO for class 10th . Is this a maths olympiad. How to prepare for this . Is any extra book required for pactice . This is the first olympiad which I think to attend . I don't know what is this and how to qualify this ? Any sample paper if you have attach with your answer .
