There are two main types of sexual reproduction in human beings 1) Gamete Formation, 2) Fertilization.
Semen is ejaculated in vagina during copulation. Sperms travel to vagina- uterus -oviduct. In the oviduct the fertilization of ovum and sperm occurs. After fertilization the zygote is form and the zygote develops and become an embryo. This is the sexual reproduction in human beings. This is your ans.
