It contains 0.01 moles/l of barrium ions and 0.02 mols of chloride ions, so I guess the answer your lloking for if 0.03 M (A.)

HEY MATE HERE IS YOUR ANSWER
The ionic strength is half (because we add anions and cations) of the molarities of the ions times their charge squared.
So, for Ba++: 0.01 x 2^2 = 0.04
And for Cl-: 0.02 x 1^2= 0.02
And the sum is 0.06 divide by 2 = 0.03 which is the ionic strength of that solution.
