usage of mobile phone by student it is both good and bad
1.you are using every time Facebook,YouTube,Instagram and Snapchat then it is bad for you.
2.And when you are learning on phone like app with brainly,extramarks and topper learning then it is good for you.

I have a kind of disease in which I can't sleep within 3 to 4 hours matlab agar mai sone jaongi toh mughe 3 to 4 hours baad neend ata hai
