Face as a noun in a sentence:-

Her face was burning.

How do we know?

We know that face is a noun (subject). You just ask yourself the question “what was burning?” You get the answer ‘face’.

Face as a verb:- facing

Eg. he was finally facing his fears.

Here facing means confronting

So the sentence can also be written as he was finally confronting his fears.

Hope this helps please mark as brainliest.
