hii.. \\ \\ = > x + a = 0 \\ = > x = \: - a \\ now.. \\ = > p(x) = {x}^{n} + {a }^{n} \\ = > p( - a) = { - a}^{n} + {a}^{n } \: \\ = > \: p( - a) = 0 \\ \\ \\ since \: remainder \: is \: 0 \: .. \\ = > (x + a) \: is \: a \: factor \: of \: {x}^{n} + {a}^{n} \\ \\ hope \: this \: help :)
