Use huygen's principle to verify the laws of refraction

law of refraction by Huygens principle state that the angle of incidence is the angle between the incident ray and the normal and the angle of refraction is the angle between the refracted Ray and the normal.
the ratio of sign of angle of incidence and the angle of refraction is constant .
